Is there a sign-up cut-off?
Yes, sign up by 25th of the current month to receive the following month’s mail. I.e., when you sign up, you are paying for the following month's mail.

Which countries do you currently ship to?
We would like to ship to every country. If you find out that your country is not in the shipping area during checkout, kindly email us (hellomrsmk@tenderheartsmailclub.com) and we will rectify this immediately for you.

When will my mail be shipped?
It will be shipped between 25th - end of the month for the following month’s mail.

How will my mail be shipped?
To keep costs low, mails will only be shipped via normal mail with no tracking.

How can I cancel my subscription?
We’re sad to see you go! Feel free to let us know if there's anything we could do better via e-mail. To cancel your subscription, simply login to your account portal here, click on Management Page > Active Subscription > Cancel.

When will I be charged each month?
You will be charged on the same date you first signed up.

What should I do if I didn't receive my mail?
Drop us an e-mail and we will ship you a new copy or process a refund for you!

Why do you say "we" and "us" when it's really just one person running this mail club?
Because Mr MK funds it and Mrs MK runs it. And Mr MK gets a daily rundown of everything that went into the mail club!
